Shipping policy
At FOFF, each order is prepared with care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
Order processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, restocks and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service you choose, so you always see the cost before you pay.
- Free shipping in Canada on orders over $200 CAD
- Free shipping to the USA on orders over $200 USD
Delivery times
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- USA: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs, the shipping option selected or carrier delays.
Duties & import taxes: no surprise charges
For orders shipping outside Canada, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The total you pay at checkout is final, with no extra fees to pay when your order is delivered.
