Refund policy

Every FOFF piece is made in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Free exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.

• Canada: exchanges are free. We send you a prepaid return label and ship your new item at no cost.
• USA and international: you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we ship your new item to you at no cost. Please mark the package as a return on the customs form so you aren't charged duties on it.

• Request your exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks or scents, and have all original tags and packaging.
• If your requested size or colour is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the full amount.
• Exchanges apply to one exchange per item.

How to start an exchange

Email contact@fightonlyforfreedom.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you're exchanging and the size or colour you'd like. We'll send you next steps, including a prepaid return label for orders in Canada.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Items that don't meet these conditions

Items returned worn, washed, damaged by wear or without tags can't be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your cost.
