At FOFF, each order is prepared with care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. 

 

Ordering Process

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
During launches, restocks, and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Canada: 2-7 business days
• USA: 4-10 business days
• International: 7-20 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs, option selected, or carrier delays.

 

Duties & Taxes

For orders placed outside of Canada, duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. FOFF is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
FOFF is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We're always happy to support you in the process where possible.

 

Pre-Order of Limited Releases

If applicable, estimated shipping windows will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
