Refund policy

At FOFF, every piece is crafted with purpose and produced in limited quantities. Our focus on elevated materials, refined fit, and thoughtful construction means each item is handled with exceptional care.
For this reason, all purchases are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in an alternate size or colour, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in original condition, including:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of marks, scents, or signs of wear
• With all original tags and packaging intact

We are unable to accept items that do not meet these standard.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
FOFF will ship the replacement piece at no additional charge.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. Our team will ensure prompt resolution.
